Marc Lipman is currently the President of Lloyd’s Americas supporting the Lloyd’s business in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean.  Marc also serves as the Attorney-in-Fact for Lloyd’s Underwriters in Canada.

In this role Marc is responsible for the Market Development teams in US, Canada and Latin America which promote the Lloyd’s marketplace across the Americas region.  Marc is responsible for the execution of the Lloyd’s commercial strategy and exercises functional oversight across the Americas region delivering on Lloyd’s commitments to global excellence.

Marc possesses a wealth of insurance industry experience and a deep understanding of the US and Canadian (re)insurance sector. Marc was named to the 2021 Insurance Business Global 100 list of outstanding industry professionals who are making a positive difference and helping drive change across the industry.

Marc is an expert in insurance legal and regulatory frameworks, with experience in the property and casualty, reinsurance, and mortgage insurance sectors. Marc is a director of the Property and Casualty Insurance Compensation Corporation and currently serves in an advisory role to the board of directors of the Canadian Association of Managing Agents.

Marc brings a deep understanding of the financial services industry, and expertise in critical areas including leadership, strategic planning and transformation, employee engagement, client and broker relationship management and communication.

Marc is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and holds a Masters of Law degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Canada.

Erin is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of Human Resources, Operations, Underwriting Governance, Marketing and Communications and Strategy & Transformation at CNA Canada in support of the company's strategic plan.

Erin joined CNA in 2019 as Vice President, Human Resources with responsibilities for the strategic management of Human Resources across Canada and has been a strong and collaborative partner and leader in the business, successfully leading and/or supporting a number of key strategic projects in furtherance of our business growth and change initiatives.

‍

She joined CNA from Chubb where she was AVP, Senior HR Business Partner for Canada and AVP, Talent & Development for North America.  Erin has over 19 years of industry experience and has held roles of increasing responsibility both within HR and Underwriting with Canada, Bermuda and the US.

‍

She has a Bachelor of Science, SSP Honours, Life Science from Queen’s University and holds a Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada. Erin is part of the Co-chairs the Starlight Insurance Campaign, was a past chair of DiveIN Canada, and is on the steering committee for the General Insurance Human Resources Group across Canada.

She is also an active fundraiser/volunteer with the Canadian Cancer Society, Daily Bread Food Bank, Ronald McDonald House, SickKids Hospital and the Insurance Institute of Canada.
